Collaborative Approach to Infrastructure Project Delivery and Management
Fidelis works with project sponsors ranging from industrial partners, end-users, engineering and construction firms, technology firms and project developers to engage early in projects to influence the project parameters. As a result, at final investment decision Fidelis aims to invest in infrastructure that Fidelis believes will (a) have stable cash flow profiles, (b) involve established technologies and (c) will endeavor to reduce variable performance risks.
By engaging early and collaborating with project sponsors and leveraging its experience in screening, shaping, delivering, and optimizing infrastructure project performance, Fidelis works to reduce risk and drive value for projects that have infrastructure investment characteristics. This collaborative process helps to define the commercial, physical, and technological parameters of the project to meet Fidelis’s infrastructure underwriting guidelines, and as such is referred to by Fidelis as “underwriter-driven development.”
Through the unique experience possessed by the Fidelis Management Team and Senior Advisors and Operating Partners across the Fidelis market sectors and fields of engineering, operations, investment, delivery and operational optimization, Fidelis believes it is positioned to source, screen, qualify, and deliver value to its project sponsor partners as well as its investors and employees.
