The Monarch Cloud Campus is a hyperscale data center complex, offering 2,000 MW of capacity on an 1,100-acre site located in Mason County, West Virginia. Monarch provides a pathway for carbon neutral data centers by using Fidelis’ H2PowerCool™ technology that is powered by net-zero hydrogen produced using the FidelisH2® technologies at the nearby Mountaineer GigaSystem™ site. Using only proven technologies, the net-zero hydrogen powers and cools data centers without utilizing off-site indirect carbon offsets or credits. The Monarch Cloud Campus also includes greenhouses utilizing Fidelis’ CO2PowerGrow™ technology which uses a portion of the captured CO2 from the net-zero hydrogen production and waste heat from both the data centers and hydrogen production to decarbonize and lower the cost of food production.
