Biography

Mr. Buchanan has more than 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience. Prior to joining Fidelis, Mr. Buchanan was the Chief Financial Officer and Valuation Committee Member of First Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Buchanan also served as Acting Chief Financial Officer for Arcanum Infrastructure, LLC, Raven Butene-1 Holdings, LLC and Raven Butene-1, LLC, a private equity sponsored portfolio company that develops, owns, and operates production and support infrastructure assets. Prior to his roles at First Infra, Mr. Buchanan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC) for 18 years where he served numerous clients and held various national and global roles while working in the Houston, Texas; Los Angeles, California; Stamford, Connecticut; Tampa, Florida; Toronto, Canada; and London, England offices. He spent the last 8 years of his career at PwC focused on Asset Management a part the Financial Services Sector. Mr. Buchanan has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where he was an elected member of the Student Representative Assembly and a member of the Emergency First Response Team. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and Illinois as well as a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario, Canada.
