Cesar Espino has over 35 years of experience in asset management, business development, operations, maintenance, project management, construction, and engineering of energy infrastructure assets. The class of assets include cryogenic processing plants, nitrogen rejection units, fractionation centers, gas and liquid amine systems, gas and liquid dehydration, sulfur extraction plants, gas compressor and measurement stations, liquid hydrocarbon pumping and measurement stations, gas gathering and transmission pipelines, condensate stabilization, condensate and NGL gathering and transmission pipelines, refrigeration and absorption gas processing plants, rail and truck terminals, acid gas injection, NGL underground storage. Cesar was the Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Gemini Midstream, a startup energy company which he co-founded. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer of Tristream Energy, a company engaged in the development and operations of midstream infrastructure. Earlier, he was the Vice President of Midstream Operations for Eagle Rock Energy Partners. Cesar held various technical and managerial roles with Targa Resources and Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Espino earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
