Biography

Keith Bluford specializes in business startup and development for the renewable energy and financial services industries. An entrepreneur at heart, Keith’s roles have included executive, adviser, and matchmaker with more than 30 years of professional business development and merger/acquisition experience. He has successfully positioned and guided firms from startup to acquisition and is passionate to help companies realize their business goals through joint vision, strategy, planning, positioning, collaboration and facilitation of synergistic partnerships.

His entrepreneurial portfolio includes significant experience in the renewable energy space including Sunora Energy Solutions (an NRG Energy subsidiary), EnergyBin LLC, BluSource Solar LLC, BluPlum Ventures LLC, and Level Field Energy LLC. At Sunora, he served on the executive management team to build an internal solar development and engineering, procurement and construction firm that supported over 400 MW of solar power. Seeing the need for an efficient solar equipment e-commerce marketplace, he created EnergyBin, LLC a market leading marketplace for new, repurposed, reconditioned, and used solar and renewable energy equipment.

In the financial services industry, Mr. Bluford founded Intellectual Dimensions, LLC, Intellectual Dimensions, LLC, a specialized business intelligence professional services and software product firm, Logical Software Solutions Corporation, an award-winning business process management (BPM) software firm with multiple vertical applications, and Interlinq Software Corporation, the leading mortgage processing software firm.

Over his career, he also spent significant time in Washington D.C. on matters of policy, diversity, inclusion, and government contract procurement and management. As SVP of Outreach & Government Affairs and President of Fidelis Power, Mr. Bluford works to advance matters of policy core to the Fidelis Core Values, heads its internal diversity and inclusion initiatives, and works with our portfolio companies to maximize the value of a variety of environmental and related credits and economic attributes. 

In addition to a B.S. degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, Keith is a seasoned speaker and has received several major industry awards, including Department of Energy Sunshot Initiative Award (For EnergyBin), and Giga Workflow Innovation (Logical Software Solutions, Software Awards; Two Years: 1st place and Innovator of the Year).
