Michael Neese has more than three decades of industry expertise, having held leadership and management positions across multiple disciplines; water and wastewater treatment, groundwater remediation, aquifer storage and recovery, hazardous waste disposal, power generation and distribution, environmental, engineering, and large utilities. Michael previously served as the SVP for engineering and operations for WaterBridge Resources, the owner of MN Water, a consulting firm specializing in emerging treatment technologies, the Assistant Director of Drinking Water for the City of Houston and has served three terms as an appointed Vice President of a two-county groundwater district in which he was instrumental in forming through the Texas Legislature. Michael has successfully developed several public-private partnerships and serves his community through multiple civic leadership roles.
Mr. Neese holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas Tech University.
