Mr. Holden has over 35 years of experience in the petrochemical and energy infrastructure sectors, including petrochemical plant, power distribution, and pipeline design. He works with Fidelis leadership to pursue and develop the best fit technology for proposed projects and works with engineering firms to develop engineering design packages. Prior to joining Fidelis, he worked at Quanta Capital Solutions, Inc. and First Infrastructure Capital Advisors on the Butene-1 Raven project as a Project Execution Consultant. Early in his career, he worked for M.W. Kellogg and Fluor Daniel as a Process Engineer supporting detail design for ethylene, polyethylene, refineries, and catalyst production plants. He later worked for The Dow Chemical Company as a Project Engineer leading engineer teams developing construction packages for an EDC plant expansion, OSBL utility plants, pipelines, and terminals. He was a Technical Licensing Specialist at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he worked with EPCs preparing process design packages to ensure they followed licensing requirements that would meet the Goodyear synthetic rubber production guarantees. At Williams he was a Project Manager for a gas processing plant expansion and pipeline projects. He specializes in developing and managing engineering for FEL packages through construction packages for petrochemical plants. Mr. Holden has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
