Biography

Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure industry having held leadership, operations, commercial, and engineering positions with companies such as Conoco/Phillips, DCP Midstream, Enlink, Enterprise Products and Pioneer Natural Resources. Immediately prior to joining Fidelis/Capio in 2021, Stephen co-founded H2O Midstream in 2016. As a part of the Fidelis team, he is the SVP of Capio Sequestration which seeks investments in carbon capture and sequestration projects for industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, renewable fuels production facilities, and power generation facilities. To achieve its mission, Capio works and partners with project owners, developers, sponsors, and industrial enterprises to invest in the infrastructure to deliver CCS solutions for a variety of project to mitigate and eliminate CO2 emissions of such operations.

Stephen holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He has served on the boards of NMOGA, COGA, and the Texas A&M and UT Permian Basin Advisory Boards.
