H2PowerCool™

H2PowerCool

H2PowerCool™ by Fidelis is a decarbonized solution for the energy-and-carbon-intensive data center industry. H2PowerCool™ offers best-in-class data center energy and carbon efficiency through combined power and cooling energy using FidelisH2® lifecycle carbon neutral hydrogen. This results in carbon neutral data center operations with higher energy efficiency than standard grid-powered data centers. FidelisH2® combines renewable energy, carbon capture and sequestration, and certified natural gas to produce hydrogen that qualifies for the full $3.00/kg 45V hydrogen production tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

H2PowerCool™ economically overcomes several barriers facing traditional data centers seeking to achieve true carbon neutrality. Carbon neutral power and cooling is generated in a combined synergistic solution that utilizes FidelisH2® hydrogen to provide ratable CO2e neutral energy regardless of weather conditions. Co-located carbon neutral power and directly connected cooling provides a reliable, true carbon-neutral solution backed up by redundant equipment and certified natural gas as a back-up fuel if the hydrogen supply is in limited supply due to maintenance outages, etc.

By providing direct and consistent zero CO2e, carbon combined power and cooling for mission critical data centers, H2PowerCool™ by Fidelis enables world-scale carbon neutral data centers benefitting from the $3.00 per kg of Hydrogen Inflation Reduction Act tax credits when using hydrogen produced using the FidelisH2® solution.
