Capio Sequestration

Capio® Sequestration develops carbon capture and sequestration assets for both Fidelis and non-Fidelis partners and customers utilizing proven, bankable technologies with referenceable operational histories to mitigate the emissions products from chemical production, petroleum refining, and other industrial producers of greenhouse gas emissions. Capio manages the CCS lifecycle including permitting, pipeline routing, geological and subsurface evaluations, drilling test and injection wells, etc. In addition to carbon management, Capio helps projects realize value through tax incentives, LCFS credits, voluntary carbon dioxide removal credits, and other environmental attributes associated with the capture, storage, and beneficial use of CO2.

Capio works with Fidelis projects, including the Norne Carbon Storage Hub, the Mountaineer GigaSystem, Hyterra, the Grön Fuels GigaSystem, and AtmosClear. For an example of a Fidelis project, please see the announcement of AtmosClear’s agreement with Microsoft.
