Frederik Ingemann Rasmussen has 7 years of experience within international infrastructure & private equity investing and Nordic investment banking. Prior to joining Fidelis, he worked at ATP, Denmark’s largest pension fund, from 2019 to 2022. There he served as a Senior Investment Manager in the direct illiquid investment arm of ATP, the Global Direct Investments division, assisting with the management of a $13 billion private markets portfolio. During his time at ATP, he participated in the execution of numerous transactions including new and follow-on investments as well as divestments. Furthermore, he played an active role in the asset management of the portfolio, representing ATP at various boards and committees, including TDC Group (Telecom), Northvolt, B&B Hotels, and MyEyeDr. In 2022 Mr. Rasmussen was elected to be a participant of ATP’s Talent Program.
Prior to ATP, Mr. Rasmussen worked in Danske Bank’s Corporate Finance division out of Copenhagen, one of the leading M&A and ECM advisory firms in the Nordic region. There he primarily focused on the preparation of pitch and marketing materials for potential or live M&A mandates.
Mr. Rasmussen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance & Investments from Copenhagen Business School.
