Biography

Mr. Hoegh has multiple years of professional experience within private investments and M&A as well as business optimization and development. Prior to joining Fidelis, Mr. Hoegh was employed at Kromann Reumert as part of their M&A and private equity team as well as advised on transactions across the Danish start-up environment working with start-ups and well-renown venture funds. Additionally, Mr. Hoegh previously worked as COO at The Vintage Bar and worked with private investments as part of the investment team at Erhvervsinvest, a private equity fund. As a result, Mr. Hoegh has obtained extensive transaction and strategy execution experience.
