Biography

Mr. Menon has over 25 years of experience in the energy & infrastructure sectors covering conventional and renewable power generation, telecommunications, and transportation investments. Menon held multiple roles in corporate and project finance, business and project development, asset ownership, and risk management. Menon has strong experience in renewable energy project development having closed over 350 MWs of solar project development. Prior to Fidelis, Menon served as the CFO & SVP Structured Finance of Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions (U.S division), one of the largest solar EPCs globally. Menon also served as CFO & SVP Structured Finance for Phoenix Solar, an EPC firm; VP Finance for Lincoln Clean Energy, a solar and wind developer and IPP (recently sold to Orstead); Director Structured Finance & Business Development for SunPower; and Vice President for GE Capital’s energy and telecom groups. Menon earned a B.S. Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Columbia University.
