He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Yalcin’s career highlights include leading project planning for major power plant projects and developing comprehensive project control systems for various large-scale engineering projects. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
