FidelisH2®
The novel FidelisH2® solution, which has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, combines proven technologies from leading global companies to produce lifecycle carbon neutral hydrogen from natural gas and renewable energy. FidelisH2® enables decarbonization of a number of industries through the use of zero carbon intensity hydrogen.
Fidelis has formed global alliance partnerships with Topsoe and Babcock & Wilcox (“B&W”) for technologies to produce FidelisH2® clean hydrogen. Fidelis and Topsoe will jointly and exclusively license FidelisH2® alongside Topsoe’s hydrogen process portfolio. The alliance with B&W pairs B&W’s bubbling fluidized bed boiler technology and equipment with FidelisH2® technologies.
The FidelisH2® Alliance and associated technologies enables the world-class scale production of clean hydrogen from natural gas with a lifecycle carbon intensity of 0 kgCO2e/kgH2, which meets the required threshold under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 to qualify for the full $3.00/kg 45V hydrogen production tax credit. The lifecycle carbon neutral hydrogen is therefore a net zero emission product meaning that no new CO2e is released into the atmosphere as a result of the hydrogen production process.
